Contacting us by phone - Please Note:
Please do not send important messages, such as cancellations of appointments, by SMS text, as prompt delivery is not guaranteed. Our call forwarding system will ensure that phone calls and voicemails are always received by a technician, but SMS messages will not reach us if they are sent to a handset that is currently offline and forwarding calls.
At various points during a ChipsAway repair, it is not possible for a technician to stop what they are doing to answer a telephone call or other contact. Our mobile technicians also spend a fair amount of their time driving, and our road safety policy discourages telephone use while at the wheel. As a result, we do not always respond to calls or other contacts immediately, but will return messages at the earliest opportunity. We aim to reply to all emails and online contacts before the end of the next working day.
