Detailers and detailing
If you don't know what detailing is, count yourself lucky and move on before you get sucked in. No really. Just click "Back" on your browser now. We're not going to explain it on this page anyway.
Detailers are a funny bunch. Many of them will declare in all seriousness that "Refinishers know nothing about paintwork." We've found that if you fix them with a cold, hard stare, some will crack and stammer that what they meant was "Refinishers know more than anyone else about repairing paintwork, and more than average about its care and maintenance - but probably not as much as a professional valeter or detailer, or an enthusiast with sub-clinical OCD."
A few will refuse to back down from their original statement no matter what, but they're probably compensating for a life filled with self-loathing, and spend their lonely nights weeping. Into two pristine, clear buckets with grit guards fitted, naturally.
Regardless, in our case, we know plenty about paintwork, both applying it, and caring for it. We've lurked on the Detailing World website for many years, nodding sagely at some advice (and rolling our eyes in exasperation at some of the rest). Before it was even cool, we imported a Porter Cable random orbit polisher from the USA, and ran it off a 110v transformer that was so heavy that we're half convinced it was a box full of a mix of depleted uranium and lead, painted yellow.

We don't offer detailing. There are some truly excellent local pro-detailers already out there, and we'll be happy to recommend one should you need us to.
We do carry a stock of Dodo Juice products, and we'll be delighted to advise on, or supply stock for your DIY car care obsession. We are not a mail order outfit - our stock is retailed from our Express Bodyshop site.

Worried about your carefully applied wax layers flying away when your car has a professional valet? You should be. But tell us that your car has a wax layer you want to leave in place, and we'll use a LSP-safe foaming cleanser, and Dodo Juice wax-enhancing shampoo in your valet in place of our more traditional valeting products.
Go Endangered!
To have our traditional valet finished off with one of the finest waxes in existence, add this option to your valet. Take your pick from hard wax (for durability), soft wax (for extra shine), and either a wax suitable for any colour, or a specialist colour-charged warm, light or dark wax.

The ultimate Dodo wax job - choose from either layered hard then soft waxes (of your choice), or a single final wax layer from the highest quality product ever to be squeezed out of a Dodo - Supernatural(tm) Wax.

The premium waxes used in our Endangered and Extinct valet options take quite some time to dry before they can be buffed off.
