The Express Bodyshop has been designed to offer our key elements of Quality, Value and Convenience. The best lighting for precise preparation:Our workshop area has the finest in purpose-designed bodyshop lighting, providing high levels of the right wavelengths of light to ensure the best panel preparation and colour matching. Our preparation area has better light levels than the interior of many spraybooths!
Miraculous panel work:Traditional panel repairs require time-consuming strip and refit, and labour-intensive panel beating. We have installed the Miracle Panel Repair System, enabling us to reverse all panel dents by applying the opposite forces to those that caused them - working from the outside of the panel, and in a fraction of the time.
A controlled environment for beautiful paintwork:Our spraybooth facilities provide a temperature, electrostatic and humidity-controlled, dust-free environment - avoiding the need for hand-finishing to achieve the finest paint finishes on larger and more complex repairs.
Rapid paint curing with no compromise on quality:We use the ultimate in paint drying technology - catalytic IR. This allows us to fully cure our paint in a matter of minutes, unlike traditional raised air-temperature baking, which requires much longer bake times and can leave the paint still curing and senstitive to damage for several weeks after return of the vehicle to its owner. Catalytic drying is the same technology used at the most advanced vehicle manufacturing plants, and enables us to carry out repairs at tremendous speed compared to a traditional repair line without any sacrifices in durability or quality, with no combustion of fossil fuels and much lower energy bills.
