Our normal opening hours are:
8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. From November we will be open winter hours and will not normally be open on Saturday except by appointment.
We have now concluded our 24 hour opening trial, and are not currently open 24 hours on Tuesdays. We will pilot late-evening opening in 2012 - please email us if you would like to share your opinion on what extended hours would be convenient for us to provide you with.
We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Cars being dropped off for repair should be with us by 8:30 am and will be ready for collection at 5:30 pm unless other arrangements have been made in advance - if, for example, you need to collect your car in time for the school run, please advise us.
Appointments are not normally required for quotes - please drop in at your convenience.
We can be available outside these hours by arrangement - please ask.
